Project Initiation and Approval Support
Lansdowne specializes in initial project planning and the development of work breakdown structures, organizational breakdown structures, responsibility matrices, and related activities. Lansdowne also has a successful track record in developing project approval documents for departmental and Central Agency approvals (PPA/EPA).
Project Management Office (PMO) Outsourcing
Lansdowne can assist with either interim or ongoing staffing solutions for project planners and controllers, risk managers, logisticians, quality managers and other qualified specialized personnel.
Project SWAT Teams (assessments/evaluations & quick response teams)
Lansdowne can provide integrated multi-disciplinary teams to undertake process, practice and methodology audits and evaluations. In addition, we can assemble experienced teams to contribute to, or coordinate, preliminary and critical design reviews.
Project Management Training & PMO Handbooks & Guides
Lansdowne can facilitate the development of project management regimes tailored to the project, including the development of cost-effective processes and procedures, the application of project management best practices and PMO staff training.
