Our Ethics
A commitment to ethical personal and corporate behaviour has been a centerpiece of Lansdowne’s management philosophy since the company’s inception. Our ethics program ensures a continual process of renewal of this commitment through regular employee discussions, seminars, and case studies. The Lansdowne Code of Ethics, summarized below, is the written embodiment of the active and explicit practices of our people and represents the principles established by the management.
Lansdowne is responsible to our clients. Our consultants evaluate our clients’ requirements honestly and completely, based not only upon our clients’ stated perception of need, but also upon our collective experiences, lessons learned, and expertise. To this end, Lansdowne strives to:
- Deliver competent professional consulting services at fair prices;
- Offer estimates that encompass all elements of the task, including seemingly hidden and implicit requirements;
- Provide advice that is sound and beneficial, even if not immediately consistent with clients’ expressed expectations;
- Meet the agreed objectives of each assignment, including price, scope, deliverables, and quality; and
- Cooperatively investigate, design, and implement custom-made solutions with our clients to best achieve the stated client goals as well as Lansdowne’s ethics and business goals.

Each year our employees direct donations to local families in need, and Lansdowne is pleased to support our employees' efforts. Lansdowne is responsible to our shareholders. We strive for sound growth and business success while maintaining transparent Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
