Exercises

Lansdowne has multi-level experiences in developing, controlling, evaluating, and reporting on exercises across Canada, including evaluations of the Olympic and G8/G20 exercises. Our service offerings are tailored to meet your requirements and include planning for and evaluating event-specific table top exercises, joint experimentation, departmental/agency procedural exercises, and interdepartmental / international participatory exercises at municipal, provincial, national levels.

Professional Development

Lansdowne has extensive experience in the development and delivery of customized individual and collective training using adult education principles. Our offerings include coaching, facilitating, and teaching tailored to meet your requirements. Subject areas include, but are not limited to Exercise Development, Lessons Learned, and Performance Measurement.

Performance Measurement

The ability to trace accountability and objectives with measures and targets through to measurable output is a highly-sought after capability in modern management.
